Returns and refunds

You can change or cancel an order before we start making or wrapping it. Contact us as soon as you can.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Items made with a name or message cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what you ordered.

We refund to the original payment method or another method we agree with you. One of us will contact you to arrange it.
