These terms apply when you order from CLAZO through clazo.noveqtech.com, WhatsApp or our social pages.
Orders and prices
Prices are in QAR and shown on each product. Your order is confirmed when we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. If something is unavailable we will offer an alternative or cancel that item; you will not be charged for it.
Payment
Payment is cash or card on delivery unless we agree otherwise when confirming your order.
Delivery
We deliver across Qatar. Delivery times shown are our aim, not a guarantee; we will tell you if anything changes. Please give an accurate address and a reachable phone number for the recipient.
Personalised and handmade items
Names, initials and messages are made exactly as you send them, so please check spelling. Handmade items vary slightly from photos. Some product images on our site and social pages are illustrative and are marked as such.
Changes, returns and problems
You can change or cancel an order before we start making or wrapping it. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
