CLAZO is a gifting studio in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what we collect when you use clazo.noveqtech.com or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, email if given, delivery address, the recipient's name and address, your gift message and what you bought. When you message us or subscribe: the details you type in. When you browse: the page you arrived on and the campaign link you used (for example, a link from our Instagram), without your name or any account details. Your bag is kept in your own browser.
How we use it
To prepare, wrap and deliver your order, to confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp, to answer your messages, to send our newsletter if you subscribed, and to see which of our posts bring visitors so we can improve them. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.
Instagram and Facebook
CLAZO uses Meta's official tools only to publish posts to, and read statistics for, CLAZO's own Facebook Page and Instagram account. We do not log you in with Facebook and we do not collect your Facebook or Instagram data through this website.
Who else handles it
Our website and its data are hosted by Cloudflare. Delivery details are shared with the person or courier delivering your gift. Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook are also covered by those services' own policies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and after-care, normally up to five years. Messages and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time; see Delete your data. To stop the newsletter, reply "unsubscribe" or email us.
