You can ask CLAZO to delete the personal information we hold about you: orders, messages and newsletter details.
How to ask
Email info.clazo4@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send the same request through our contact form. Include the phone number or email you used with us so we can find your records.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your information within 30 days. If we must keep an order record for accounting, we keep only what the law requires and remove everything else, including addresses and gift messages.
Facebook and Instagram
CLAZO's Meta app only manages CLAZO's own Page and Instagram account; it does not store data about people who log in with Facebook. Messages you sent us on Instagram or Facebook can be deleted the same way; tell us which account you messaged from.
