Yes. Every gift arrives in a CLAZO box with tissue and ribbon, and you can add a message we handwrite.
How long does delivery take?
We call to confirm the time. Orders before 2 pm are prepared for next-day delivery in Doha where possible. Details on the delivery page.
Can you deliver to someone else?
Of course. Add the recipient’s name, address and phone number when you order.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on delivery.
Can gifts be personalised?
Yes, anything marked personalised. Read the personalisation policy.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Do you do corporate gifts?
