Where we deliver
We deliver across Qatar. Delivery costs QAR 20, and is free on orders over QAR 300.
When your gift arrives
After you order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm the delivery time. Orders we receive before 2 pm are prepared for next-day delivery in Doha where possible. Areas outside Doha and personalised pieces can take longer; we will tell you the date when we confirm.
Sending to someone else
Add the recipient's name, address and a phone number we can reach. We can leave prices out of the box.
Payment
Cash or card on delivery, unless we agree otherwise when we confirm your order.
Tracking
Use the order tracking page with your order reference and phone number.
